Crispy Egg Noodles in Thick GravyRat Naa Mee Grob ราดหน้า หมี่กรอบ This is one of my favourites from a shop not too far from my house. It is rat naa mee grob (ราดหน้า หมี่กรอบ) which is crispy egg noodles in a thick gravy with pork. I sometimes have sen yai with it which is the wide noodles. The same shop does my favourite pad si ew which I have often. This dish was 30 baht. |
