Rice Congee Hong Kong Style with Preserved Eggjohk hong-gong sai kai yieow maa โจ๊กฮ่องกง ใส่ไข่เยี่ยวม้า I have had normal johk before, but this one caught my attention as it is "Hong Konh Style". The difference is that it is served with a preserved black egg and crunchy deep fried dough. The vendor says it is a different recipe to the normal one for the rice. This cost 35 baht compared to say 20 baht for the normal version. |
