Sticky Rice with Sangkaya CustardKhao Niew Na Sangkaya ข้าวเหนียวหน้าสังขยา This dessert is Thai style custard on sticky rice. It cost 12 baht. The sangkaya custard is made with thick coconut milk, palm sugar and pandanus leaves. Everything is mixed together and then strained through muslin. Then it is steamed over boiling water for 20 minutes. |
