Thai salads are not the same as what we would eat in the West. They are often both spicy and sour depending on the dressing. This category includes the famous Som Tam (a green papaya spicy salad), Yam Wunsen (a spicy salad with glass noodles), and Laab Moo (a spicy pork salad).
