Minced Pork Stir-fried with Basil
Pat Gra-Prao Moo Sap (ผัดกระเพราหมูสับ)
This lunch meal is a bit spicy for some people but it is still a favourite. It is minced pork stir-fried with chili and basil. For 5 baht extra you can add a fried egg (kai dao). You can also eat this dish with pork (moo) or chicken (gai).
Notes:
With a fried egg on top – kai daao – ไข่ดาว
